Deadset Stickers respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you order from us or get in touch, we may collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery details: your shipping address.
- Order details: the stickers you ordered, their size, quantity and border colour, and your order history.
- Your artwork: the files you upload for your order or send through our contact form.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
Payment details: payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- process, print and deliver your order
- send you proofs, receipts and updates about your order
- reply to your questions and requests
- keep the business and tax records we're required to keep
- improve our products and website
We won't add you to marketing emails without your permission, and we never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we use to run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Stripe, to take payments
- Netlify, which hosts our website and securely stores order files and contact form messages
- Our printing and production partners, to make your stickers
- Delivery carriers, to get your order to you
Some of these services may store information on servers outside Australia, such as in the United States. We choose providers that take security seriously.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address when you visit.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website uses your browser's storage to remember the items in your cart until you check out. Our payment provider, Stripe, may use cookies on its checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Your artwork
Your artwork is only used to make your order. We keep it for as long as we need it to complete your order, handle any reprints, and make reorders easier. If you'd like us to delete your files, just ask. We'll never use your design for anything else, including on our website or social media, without your permission.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and order files can only be accessed through private links.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond as soon as we can.
